Description
No pool access between October 15th - March 31st each year.
San Felipe furnished two bedroom two bathroom vacation rental condo nestled in San Felipe's La Hacienda community.
Featuring two floors with a bedroom on each floor, there are three beds - one queen bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The number of beds can comfortably sleep 4 - 6 guest depending on age. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Guests may bring air bed if more comfort is desired beyond the provided three beds.
Living room has comfortable seating. Kitchen has all the essentials for preparing and enjoying meals including pots and pans, plates and silverware.
This vacation rental is one of 20 vacation rental condos built around a large swimming pool. Surrounding the pool area are lots of trees making it ideal for picnics and relaxation. Feel like grilling? A large BBQ grill is provided close to the pool.
As a beach side community, the beach just a short walk away..
This unit's community entrance is closed at all times, Only residents and guests have access by scanning a special card that will be given to you upon arrival, you'll have 2 cards available per unit, leaving a $50 dollar deposit for each card which is 100% refundable!!

NOTE this rental (Hacienda 18) has a maximum occupancy of eight guests - this includes adults and children. For parties larger than eight guests, in addition to Hacienda-18, we recommend renting Hacienda-1, Hacienda-7, Hacienda-6, and Hacienda-10 for a total maximum occupancy of 28 guests. Hacienda-1, Hacienda-6, Hacienda-7 and Hacienda-10 are located right next to Hacienda-18. Renting Hacienda-18 plus other Hacienda rentals is a perfect way to vacation with friends and/or family....everyone gets to stay close together while allowing some quiet time as needed.
Please review each homes bedroom arrangement to ensure this meets your expectations. Some homes may require you bring additional air-beds to complement the beds.

Notes
On arrival, you will be given a gate card which you will use to swipe when entering and exiting the Hacienda community. A $50 cash security deposit is required for this. On departure day, once you return the gate card at our office, the $50 cash security deposit will be refunded to you.

This is a community of private residential condominium homes. Please observe and follow these rules during your stay. These rules are intended for everyone to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of our community. Rules apply to all guests in every unit. Thank You.
All vehicles are restricted to our private parking area in back of the condominium units. This includes ATVs. No parking on sidewalks or back bricked area.
ATVs of all types are only used for driving to the entrance paths to the sand areas- they are not allowed to be driven on the brick roads in and around Los Colonas.
All trash and waste to be put into provided trash cans ONLY.
No activity is allowed that disrupts the peace and comfort of the residents -or other guests AT ANY TIME. This includes all musical equipment or devices. No personal or group activities that disturb the peace. No improper or loud usage of cars or ATVs allowed.
Quiet time hours are 10:30PM to 7:00AM. This includes the entire condominium property. Pool and patio area close at 10:00. Registered guests only allowed in pool.
No Camping Equipment- this includes the following:
No canopies. No tents. No BBQ grills. No folding tables.
No coolers or glass at the pool
We provide two large BBQ grills for your use
Portable lawn chairs and sun umbrellas allowed (up to 9 feet)
