This home is located in the Rancho Percebu community lies approximately 30 minutes south of San Felipe in Baja California, situated at kilometer 21 along the San Felipe - Puertecitos Highway. It is known for its incredible beaches where families can catch breathtaking sunrises in the morning or gaze out into the stars at night. 

Noteworthy nearby attractions include the Puertecitos Hot Springs and the Valley of the Giant Sahuaros. For easy day trips from Rancho Percebu, try exploring Gonzaga Bay and Alfonsinas. These excursions along the coast will be something you never forget.

This sprawling beachfront vacation rental home has two levels of living space, a chef's kitchen, multiple lounge areas, and balconies that overlook the water. If you prefer to order-in, you have many choices including an on-site cafe where you can order your mails.

All five bedrooms are spread out and split between the first and second floor, giving couples, families, and kids plenty of privacy and room to spread out. Some of the bedrooms have multiple beds, making it easy to keep families and smaller children together. Most of the bedrooms have private balcony or patio access, and I'll come complete with comfortable mattresses, high-end linens, and plenty of storage space to keep all of your belongings organized.  

The three spacious full bathrooms spread throughout the home make it easy for large groups to get ready for a busy day exploring the community.

The open and airy living room is surrounded by windows that allow for plenty of natural light, and the comfortable leather furniture makes it easy for everyone to get comfortable. host a movie night, play games, read a book, get some work done on your laptop, or sneak in a quick nap before heading out to the beach. 

One of the highlights of this home is its access to two swimming pools and outdoor cabana area. Equal parts sun and shade, this backyard entertainment space has plenty of sun loungers and seating around the pool, and an outdoor dining area so your family can enjoy a poolside lunch with a view of the beach.

On this ranch, there are nine other buildings, of which 7 are rental homes 1 is a restaurant and the other is for the on-site manager. The pool facilities and Giant Palapa use is for all rental on the small ranch. There are onsite cooking and maintenance teams.
