The home is a 5 Bedroom, 3 bathroom giant beach house. As you walk in you will be amazed by the huge living area type Ski Lodge, where you will be greeted by a pool Table, foosball tables/, All in the same living area. Also 2, 3 person couches surrounding the TV which has American dish.

The Kitchen is also very amp where there is a Six person dinning table plus a breakfast counter for 3. The stove, oven and Microwave are fully functional, as well as you will be provided with all cooking and dinning utensils. 

The Property is located on a small beach front ranch inside the Percebu community, with about 7 buildings, of which 5 are rental homes 1 is an restaurant and the other is for on-site manager. The Pool facilities and Giant Palapa use is for all 5 rental homes. There are onsite cooking and maintenance teams, If case you are to have any type of inconvenience or simply want a delicious authentic Mexican Meal!!
