Welcome to your beachfront condo in Eldorado Ranch, San Felipe, and the beginning of a superb vacation in a charming city. Visualize staying in this adoring, luxurious, condo, and picture knowing that everything will be perfect and all your expectations will be exceeded.

Condo 75-1 is more than the perfect condo in a great location and internet; like all our properties, it represents professional staff dedicated to making your stay with us memorable. Right from making your reservation, arriving to checking out, and everything in between, we make it convenient and joyful.

This comfortable rental condo has been professionally designed and furnished. The single floor layout, with travetine floors and high ceilings makes entry and exit a breeze.

There are two bedrooms, a master bedroom with king size bed sleep 2 guests. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and generous bathroom and features a tub, shower and his and her sink. Look out the master bedroom window and enjoy the unobstructed views of the private beach bordering the Sea of Cortez.

The second bedroom has two twin beds, which can sleep 2 adults or 4 kids comfortably. There is a separate bathroom for guests with shower. Bathrooms have floor-to-ceiling marble tile.

NOTE: 6 Adults allowed, Resort will only issue 4 pool passes. Children 12 and under do not need pool pass!!!!

In the gourmet kitchen you will find elegant high-end GE stainless steal appliance including a super-quiet dishwasher. Granite counter tops are all around in the kitchen including on the conveniently located island with bar chairs. The island is always a favorite hangout spot, especially for breakfast and other quick meals.

On the front patio facing the private beach by the Gulf of California, you will find an inbuilt gas BBQ grill which is super easy to fire-up and prepare some delicious BBQ for family and friends. Barbequing and taking in the sites of the beach is so memorable.

Need to stay in touch with family and friends while on vacation in San Felipe? Well, we got you covered - there is free high speed internet access at each of the restaurants in our gated community.

With a powerful air-conditioner, this condo is suitable for rent any time of the year.

Check-in after 8PM is $25 extra.  Please arrive before 8PM to avoid a late check-in fee
