-This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  
- 8 BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos. It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area 
- Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant

Overlooking the gentle Sea of Cortez, this fabulous two bedroom two bath San Felipe beachfront condo is an amazing vacation home ideal for 6 guests. There are two master bedrooms, the first comes with a king bed, and the second master bedroom has two queen beds. The upstairs master bedroom patio facing the beach has seating that is a favorite with guests who wish to watch San Felipe's marvelous Sunrise and Sunset, or just enjoy the beach views with a nearby Margarita.

NOTE: 6 Adults allowed, Resort will only issue 4 pool passes. Children 12 and under do not need pool pass!

Furnished with comfort in mind, this two floor rental boasts cozy cream colored living room couch and sofa, beautiful wall decor, high ceilings and high French windows to allow for lots of light. To catch up on the news and your favorite TV programs, there is a Satellite TV hookup.

The kitchen is fully stocked with high end appliances including microwave, dish washer, refrigerator with ice-maker, toaster, coffee maker and lots more. There is even a laundry room with washer and dryer for our long term rentals.

Located in the gated resort of El Dorado Ranch, you will not just have access to the private beach steps from this vacation home, but this this accommodation comes with access to swimming pools, tennis courts, pickle courts and restaurants.

An attached two car garage provides plenty of storage for your vehicle and other toys you may bring with you on vacation in San Felipe.

- If 6 adults rent, only 4 adults can access the pool.
- Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass

MONTHLY RENTALS - Utilities are additional.  A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival. 

NOTE:  Unfortunately, due to repeated violations of off road vehicle rules in La Ventana del Mar section of El Dorado Ranch, off road vehicles are no longer permitted in La Ventana del Mar.  If you do plan to bring your off road vehicles, you will be required to park them at a secure location by the gate at an additional cost of $10 per day.  Alternatively, you may rent a house on the mountain side of El Dorado Ranch, or rent in another community in which we have a homes.
