Casa Bonita is a majestic San Felipe Vacation rental located in La hacienda community, just 6 miles South of down town San Felipe. La hacienda community is close to the sand dunes making it popular with outdoor enthusiasts wanting to enjoy ATVs and other toys.
Featuring 3-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms, this rental comfortably accommodates 6 guests. Two spacious bedrooms each feature a comfortable king size bed. The bathrooms have a combination shower and tub.
The well equipped and modern kitchen boasts modern appliances including stainless steel refrigerator, dish washer, micro wave oven and stainless gas oven. A kitchen favorite with renters is the island with bar stools. Built into the island is the kitchen sink with lots of space to the left and to the right to prepare meals.
The outdoor patio with chairs comes with beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez. Want even more views? Head up to the rooftop terrace - here you will find awesome views from a higher elevation.
This unit's community entrance is closed at all times, Only residents and guests have access by scanning a special card that will be given to you upon arrival, you'll have 1 card available per unit, leaving a $50 dollar deposit for each card which is 100% refundable!!
MONTHLY RENTAL - Utilities are additional. A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival.
Jacuzzi currently not working. No heating.
